In the shadows of a top high school, another face may be seen. They get a substantial sum of money as donations in exchange for sending sex slaves to the institutions. People who taught sex slaves were disposable instructors (trainers) who were trusted to keep the information hidden from the public. For the training, they engaged a group of bright guys to serve as temporary instructors. A test was administered to any potential candidates who had shown promise. The exam consisted of giving a lecture to people who had been identified as having difficulty learning. But the lecture was simply ceremonial, and in reality, it served as sex slave apprenticeship training. Depending on his performance, he may get a teaching credential if his grades are strong enough (trainer). Simazu was dismissed from the school after having an affair with one of his students. Schools were reluctant to employ him because he was seen as a harasser. Nonetheless, he had only worked at this particular school as a substitute teacher for six months. An invitation to become a trainer came his way one day when the deputy school master phoned him. And he couldn't say no to that offer.
